Today we’re not holding back any of the GOOD STUFF!  We will show you a couple of exercises that will help you begin to design your best life! We’re diving in quickly here on the podcast!

Once we’re done, you will feel some of your limitations begin to melt away. These are tools we use in all our programs and we KNOW they work. So, if you’re ready to tap into your limitless potential and start living life by design instead of living life by default, tune in right now!

When Mark Victor Hansen was talking about manifesting, he said that we’re actually manifesting all the time. Manifesting is basically taking your thoughts and seeing them appear in your reality. And if you don’t take control of this process, you just end up manifesting whatever thoughts run through your mind. 

So, how do we manifest the things we actually want? 

It all comes down to making a decision. We want to make sure that you understand there’s a difference between a choice and a decision. A lot of people carry guilt and hold themselves accountable for their choices — in reality, a decision is the only thing that will truly move the needle in your life. We take actions on decisions… we MIGHT take actions on choices…

That’s because when you make a choice, you’re not really making a full commitment. When you make a decision, you get what you want because you get that determination, you get that faith. You rise into a higher frequency.

You Don’t Need to Know the “Hows”

People think that when you make a decision you also need to come up with a detailed plan of action. It’s never a bad idea to have a plan, but a true decision also includes a bit of faith because the thing is, to get what you want, you need to step out of your comfort zone.

You need to have faith that you live in the world that’s going to provide you with all the opportunities you need. So, make your decisions in faith. And once you do that… 

An Exercise to Begin Designing Your Best Life

Pull out your journal, go to an inspired space, and write out what your best life looks like. Ask yourself these questions:

  • In your best life, where do you live? 
  • What are you doing? 
  • How are you spending your day? 
  • Are you a certain weight or level of fitness?
  • Are you off certain medications? 
  • What’s your relationship with your family?
  • How is your spiritual life?

Define clearly all the elements that make up your best life. After you do that, walk away and take a break.

Then, come back, read through your best lifestyle, pick up another piece of paper, and record every single thought that makes you think your dream life is not possible for you.

You’ll be surprised to see that it’s much harder to write what you WANT than it is to write your limitations. That’s exactly why so many people live their life by default — it’s easier to dwell in the lower vibrational frequency of negativity. 

It’s Time to Let Go of Your Limitations

When you’re done with the exercise, take the piece of paper with your limitations, shred it, burn it, flush it down, throw it in the trash. This process is going to help you energetically release those limitations. 

And you’ll realize when you started to write them out, they at first feel really real. Then as you write more limitations there’s a point where it starts to sound kinda silly. So then you start laughing because you will recognize the absurdity of these fake limitations that have been holding you back! Let them go — the feeling of freedom from these limiting beliefs will be amazing!

You will also begin to see opportunities and resources beyond your wildest dreams come into your life. When you get yourself up to that higher frequency, the whole world will seemingly open up for you because you’re at a different awareness level!
